I hereby authorize payment and confirm my attendance for the listed company and event. I acknowledge that I am authorized on behalf of the company listed above to attend the hiring event and any cancellations must be received within 72 hours and prior to any job postings. I give Nationwide Career Fairs permission to use the company name, logo and images in the event advertising, marketing, branding, and job board posting. Parking and meal tickets are for max of two attending recruiters, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to reschedule any hiring event provided you are given 5 days’ notice. In the event of a rescheduled event, you will have the option of attending the rescheduled event or a full refund. If an event must be cancelled for any external reason (natural disaster, pandemic, etc.) a full refund will always be given. Refunds are not approved for any event in which your company attends however an event credit may be issued to attend a future event if the event does not meet our recruitment standards. By signing this agreement, you agree to the terms and authorize Nationwide Career Fairs to charge your credit card according to the terms outlined and certify that you will not dispute these payments with your credit card company provided the transactions are processed as agreed. Registration fees are billed one time.
